You can request full deletion of your GoKApps account and associated data at any time.
How to Request Deletion

- 2Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request”
- 3Include your registered email address in the message body
- 4We will process your request within 7 business days
What Gets Deleted
- Your account and login credentials
- All personal profile information
- Order history and delivery records
- Saved addresses and contact details
This applies to all GoKApps products: KWaterPH, KLaundryPH, KRentPH, KIcePH, and KBoxPH. If you have accounts across multiple apps, please specify which app(s) in your email.
